These instructions are provided to assist you with replacement service for products in the unlikelyevent that you experience problems. If you encounter problems with the hardware, follow these steps:

and give a brief description of the problem together with the following required information: - Companyname - Company address - Contact person - Contact telephone number - If applicable, type and serialnumber of the component - Date

Upon receiving above information, SDVision will first confirm whether there is a hardware problem that is covered by warranty or replacement service. If this is the case, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and additional instructions.

Complete and sign the RMA-form and return it together in one box with the component to SDVision. If the signed form and component haven’t been received by SDVision within fourteen (14) days from RMA authorization the RMA will be automatically cancelled. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package along with the freight declaration. SDVision will reject packages without a valid RMA number.

In case the warranty or replacement service has been voided because of tampering, removal of components, improper maintenance, exposure of environmental out of spec, special conditions or any other reason as further set forth in the specifcations and warranty regulatios, SDVision will inform you asap with more information and an estimated repair cost.
